BBBBBBI'm a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me. I’m a great place for you to tell a story and let your users know a little more a Brian O. Forte Sr. came from Cuba as a baby and grew up in New Jersey. He was a family man and a life-long Trekker. He accepted the vision put forth by Gene Roddenberry when he brought the utopian universe of Star Trek to a television generation that many felt were not ready for it. Those people were wrong! Many were indeed ready for what Star Trek represented and promised to come. Science Fiction continued to evolve around Star Trek but much came and went. Star Trek faded yet came back and amassed legions of believers and followers all over the world. Brian Forte was one of them – one of us… Star Trek is a fraternal order like many, better known groups and carries within it the loyalty and bonds of its members. Those who live it belong to an organization where only a certain mindset can join; those who are not trapped in a permanent “now” and can dream of and embrace the future – one of hope and infinite possibilities. When one of us passes, it is a fallen comrade on the battlefield, felt deeply by those left behind. His sanctuary was his “Star Trek Room”; a place where he could retreat from this world and be surrounded by the “promise”. For immersion in Star Trek’s universe means leaving our current, flawed reality for a time and recharging our batteries before returning. Brian’s wish was to have some of his ashes sent into space. His family is working to make this wish become a reality. We are also working to customize an appropriate urn for him. We have set up this website as a portal for donations to help him reach the stars.. To all who visit, Thank you.. (This website is a work in progress, links will be available soon)bout you.
